Duke of Edinburgh’s Award
As a nationally and internationally-recognised measure of personal achievement the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award is the ideal complement to the Scout Association’s own awards.
The Award is a big part of the programme for Explorer Scouts (14-18) and members of the Scout Network (18-25).
Several of our Explorer Scout Units have strong DofE programmes, supplemented by specialist open canoe training camps held each spring, and a regular calendar of expeditions in the summer.
